Sandi Rosenbaum, an independent non-attorney educational advocate based in lower Westchester, has worked constructively and collaboratively with her home district for 15 years as a parent and CPSE/CSE parent member. Believing that high quality communication is key to a successful home/school relationship, Sandi works with parents to understand their children’s needs, to translate their concerns into the language spoken by schools, and to advocate for appropriate programs and services within the special education system.
